"Amazing! I was a little skeptical about Crab Rangoon wrapped in spring roll wrappers but oh my goodness...how will I ever be able to eat one wrapped in wonton? They weren't as greasy, they were super crispy, and the filling was delicious. The pad gai (we chose steamed tofu as an option) was great and the Pad See-Ew was one of the best I've had in a long time. Great portion size too. We really like the Egg Drop Soup and the Wonton Soup they have good flavor. I love the flavor of the 1. Almond Chicken Gravy. We tried and liked Vegetable Chop Suey and Chicken Chop Suey but we had to add quite a bit of salt/soy sauce. It could use a little more flavor. We have had a couple times where the chicken was a little dry but overall we enjoyed mostly everything. Our biggest complaint is that compared to literally every other chinese restaurant we have ever been to the amount of chicken is half of the portion. We recently tried our old "go-to" chinese spot and the 1. Almond Chicken amount was literally doubled and the General 23.
