"Yes!! I lived in Chicago for 10 years and fell in love with my neighborhood Ethiopian restaurant. I've been on the hunt and hoping since moving to Colorado years ago. I am estatic to say, I HAVE FOUND IT. Although I am not strictly vegan or vegetarian, I love vegan/vegetarian fare. The ability to infuse flavor into lentils and veggies is no small feat. Konjo is spot on! The mix of spicy, sour, savory flavors always makes me so happy and warm. It's filling but never leaves me feeling heavy or lethargic. I like getting all the vegan options as they have a lovely balance to each other. The added sour notes in injera bread and the practice of using it to scoop up all the deliciousness adds flavor on flavor to each bite. Definitely my new go to restaurant :)"

"Hubby went to work on this Christmas night which meant that I could enjoy some spicy food. I ordered Awaze Tibs because I love berbere. It's become a staple in my kitchen and is great for blackening fish. My dinner is delicious and I don't need to dirty up any utensils because of the generous portion of Injera. "If you're craving a Gyro, you will be more than satisfied with one from Spitz. Both the Spitz gyro with potato fries inside and the OG "Greek" Gyro are excellent, though my personal preference lies with the OG because both kinds of potato starch in the other is a bit too much for me.
At some point I'm sure I will have tried all of the sides but so far, I've only had the potato waffle fries with Aoli sauce. Oh my God, that sauce paired with those fries are some kind of Ambrosia. I've never had better "fries with sauce" anywhere, ever in my life.

"The meat, the protein this restaurant is renowned for, was of very poor quality. Silverskin shouldn't be left on meat served to the public by a professional kitchen. Furthermore, the sirloin was sinewy, stringy, and difficult to chew through. We are very disappointed in the quality of the meat. The Lobster Bisque is quite overpriced for not including any lobster pieces. It was tasty, but lacking a tactile element of lobster. The sides were quite good, with the garlic mashed potatoes stealing the limelight. The Large Fried Bananas were also really yummy."
