"The best ramen I’ve had in Ann Arbor! Everything was packed with care, and the disposable bowls made the meal really easy and convenient to enjoy."
"Loves the Sweet Potato Tempura it was perfect! But I feel it went better with the gyoza dipping sauce instead of the Rangoon sauce. The Crab Rangoon had great flavor and crunch and the Gyoza (6 Pieces) was great as well.
I enjoyed the Sweet Potato Tempura Roll it had great flavor with the sauce on top definitely didn't need to be dipped in soy sauce as the flavor was perfect.
the Sunset Roll was disappointing, it was very expensive and I ended up only able to get two pieces. it was soggy and fell apart being cut so thin. and there was way to much imitation crab on top. the flavor without the crab was good though but the imitation crab overpowered it a lot making it taste fishy so I couldn't taste the shrimp. I am not saying it was bad just not to my taste. if you love imitation crab you will probably really like it.
overall I am excited to try other rolls but I will definitely be ordering the Sweet Potato Tempura , Sweet Potato Tempura Roll , and the Gyoza (6 Pieces) again!"

"If the kitchen actually read these... the description the H5. Szechuan Double Delight dinner says water chestnut and bamboo shoots. We got ZERO water chestnuts and bamboo shoots, plus there was no green peppers listed in the description and we got a bunch of those. Please follow the recipe/description on YOUR menu, that was disappointing. It was tasty after picking out the green peppers. FYI to anyone who wondered... the hot mustard is Hot!"
"It was fine... not great, not bad. Just mid. The 'spicy' wasn't the least but spicy... like ZERO spice. Egg rolls were mostly cabbage, Kung Pao Kung Pao Chicken had tons of mushrooms and green peppers .. blah. I didn't dislike it, but I wasn't impressed at all. I would probably order again because it's convenient but my major feeling is blah. Good value, good service."

"I tried the Arroz con pollo today. It was good, but the chicken was a chicken leg. I don't like chicken on the bone IN my meals as I'm visually impaired and its to hard to see and cut around bones.I wish the description had stated it was so...
But I also got the Culantro Bowl and it was amazing.
The best thing about their Bowl is that there's no "salad" toppings on it so it reheats very well to! You can't do that with the middle eastern bowls as you don't want cooked cucumbers and lettuce and such - Yuck. But not an issue here. I love the lime in it as it pairs with the red onions and red peppers well. And I can't tell ya how they cook the chicken in it but I can tell you that it's very tender and flavorful and they give you enough. It's a very well rounded, well put together Bowl that is fresh and flavorful and deliciously satisfying. Highly recommend!
OH! You will see garlic sauce on the menu. This isn't the middle eastern garlic, it's Culantro garlic and its unique and delicious."
"Yummy! 1st time ordering and my belly is happy. Very flavorful bowl! Very Fresh! I will definitely order again! One of the best bowls I've ever tried and just about everyone has a bowl now. This one is definitely worth trying. Great deal with buy one get one too! Can't beat it with a stick!"

"Hot pot Chen is simply the best. They have outstanding service, food is always fresh, and the menu is just fantastic. We love the B5. Hot & Sour Seafood Soup (Qt) 9. Vegetarian Paradise and how many selections there are with lots of vegetables! "
"THIS IS THE BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT , HANDS DOWN!!!
the crab Rangoon is the BEST I have ever had in my life.... light, crispy, and FRESH! I've eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants through the years, all over the country, so this is a major compliment! I'm comparing this place to restaurants in san Francisco , DC, NYC , TX, NC, FL
... I'm not just talking about SE Michigan!! ...
this restaurant has amazingly fresh (perfectly aldente, not mushy or turning yellow/brown), vegetables ... my personal favorite is the 9. Vegetarian Paradise !!! they package it in 3 containers, so the sauces don't all get mashed together. the string beans are always kinda crisp/firm, like someone just cooked them... same with the broccoli, zucchini & carrots! at any other Chinese restaurant, in my experience, the veggies are saturated with sauce, and it seems like they've been sitting in the sauce for DAYS.... either that,or the broccoli is OLD, stale, yellow....
anyway, I'm not going to bash any other restaurants by name, but TRUST ME, this place is the best you will find ... not just in this tiny locale, as I mentioned before! It might be a little more expensive than other places.... I would say "you get what you pay for",
also : i love the 22. Sesame Chicken and general tsaos chicken! the hot and sour soup was also 👌 above and beyond my expectations! from now on this is my go to Chinese place... check it out, I guarantee that whatever you order will be absolutely fabulous!!!"

"Hawaiian roll , Chicken Teriyaki Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll were all skillfully assembled and presented. I miss sushi-go-rounds from my 4-years in Zushi-Kanagawa. The rice, and preparation techniques are very well executed. "
"I LOVE this place! I usually get the 3-roll combo or the California roll deal plus a salmon hand roll. They are consistent, flavorful, and the fish is good. I haven't tried any of the more elaborate rolls because I don't like them, but Tokio Fans does a great job with the basics."

"The chicken in the bowl I ordered was dried out and more of like I jerky, it didn't seem very fresh, I couldn't eat that. The paper bowl it came in was very flimsy, I felt like the bottom was going to fall off. However, I enjoyed the Garlic Butter Noodles I got the brown rice instead of noodles and the Herbed Focaccia Bread (v). I would order the Garlic Butter Noodles again, it was very good."

"Best kimbap in the area. However, I do nt recommend their 2. Yook Gae Jang. The broth tastes more of that for Jjam-ppong, there really was not enough root vegetables, and worst of all, they add some bulgogi cut of beef. It's not un-delicious, it's just not 2. Yook Gae Jang."

"I love this place! Highly reccommend. The sushi is delicious and made with good qulity ingredients.
Overall, I’ve always had a wonderful experience ordering from Nagomi. The rolls are standard size (just right - not small, and not too big - perfect). The prices are also on point for what you get and I hope they do not change a thing.
My household’s favorite rolls are:
Michigan Roll, Shrimp California, Dragon Ball, and anything based with tuna or salmon.
I’ve only had appetizers and rolls, but I’ve hear the Korean BBQ is good too.
I often order pickup from here, and occassionally I order through Door Dash. Every time it has been a positive experience.
Thank you, Nagomi! "

"Ordered a large bowl (3 scoops) and it was disappointing. Barely any protein, base was spring mix and it is all wilted and black/brown on the edges, half the bowl was seaweed salad! "The flavor was bland on almost every item. The fish was more fresh than a lot of places in town, but did not have good flavor. "I never write reviews. But I HAVE to on this place. This place is awful.
I PAID $13 EXTRA DOLLARS FOR SOME MAC ANF CHEESE AND THE PORTION SIZE IS INSANELY SMALL. And it tastes TERRIBLE. Literally you could order a kids Mac and cheese at any place ever and get atleast double this amount for under $10.
Sandwich has no seasoning at all. Just a plain fried egg, a slice of cheese and slices of plain avocado. The mayo has a little bit of flavor but it's not enough to make this sandwich worth it or enjoyable.
I'll never try anything else from this place."
