"Anytime we order delivery here. They always forget to include the aux jus for the French dip. And door dash does not give even a partial refund for this missing item which is part of the sandwich. If you order the mozzarella sticks they will forget the marinara sauce and same with the jalepeno bites the will forget the bronco sauce. Again both these side items are not the same without the accompanying dips but will not get any partial refund. I have placed pick up orders from this same Arby's and never had them forget anything only when it is ordered through DoorDash (very weird) this was the 3rd time with missing items."
