Alot of them are good don't get me wrong but out of all of them, this one to me stands out as the one with the best Asada. Tacos Don Javi has delivered nothing but quality when it comes to their food! The Tortas the Burritos and the Tacos are a hit! I have not had a bad experience. The meat, is high quality and roasted over the flame! and cut perfectly, nice and seasoned! The other mexican places in Addison seem to specialize in other areas but to my knowledge they seem have lowbudget meat with a lot of nerve and fat and really oily, if ykyk, and the cut isn't right on their Asada and you can also tell that theirs is not over the flame like Asada should be, and at Tacos Don Javi it is! You can tatse it immediately is just phenomenal! like i said all quality!"

"I ordered the 1/2 Dozen Tamales and the Orden arroz. The rice was soft and mushy, and honestly lacked taste. The tamales were good. The green was better than the red. They were both a decent size, but the green did seem to made with more care and less sloppy than the red as well. The preparation and delivery was fast. I would order tamales and rice from somewhere else before choosing here but if someone had an event with their food, I wouldn't not eat it. I wish I could rate this as neutral, not liked or disliked, but as that is not an option, overall I disliked it more than I liked it."

"The Carne Asada / Grilled Skirt Steak flavor was not very good at all, although the serving size was a generous amount, the steak tasted like a stir fry beef, Asian influence, which is not a bad thing but now how a carne asada should taste, had a teriyaki or soy sauce taste of some sort, the steak taco was even worse, tasted like steak that was old & powered thawed & cooked. But they do have very good salsas, generous amount of cebolita's, & pretty good chili toreados."
