"Very disappointed with the Grilled Beef & Cheese Sandwich. The DoorDash photo shows a substantially filled sandwich, but the sandwich I received had only one small piece of beef on each side of the bread. The lack of beef was the biggest issue, especially given the price and the significant difference from what is shown in the photo.
I also paid an additional $1.99 for bacon, and received one piece of bacon on each side of the sandwich (two pieces total). While that was disappointing, the very small amount of beef was the main issue.
I paid $16.98 for the sandwich and $24.44 total before tip, and unfortunately, the portion and overall quality did not justify that price for me. I don’t mind paying for good food, but this was a very mediocre sandwich with so little meat that I could have made a better one at home.
I hope the restaurant considers this feedback and reviews the portion size and/or DoorDash photo so customers have an accurate expectation of what they’ll receive.

"The double glazed baby back ribs are so good here! I was in the mood for some bbq ribs and these definitely hit the spot! Also, when you order the neighborhood nachos, they separate the cheese sauce from the chips to prevent your chips from being soggy upon arrival. "Order of grilled salmon without blackened covering, tomato soup and coleslaw tasted good; HOWEVER, servings were very small and sparse! One small wedge of fresh lemon; skimpy slice of salmon; tiny plastic cup had barely one level tablespoon of shreds of cabbage with sparse sauce; tomato-basil soup on wide paper cup had something that looked like broken flat noodles (though I requested removal of croutons ) and flakes of dried basil. - all was delivered in a small black plastic tray with raised clear plastic cover.
My order cost $41+ , was placed about 7:17pm and delivered about 8:47pm. Travel distance was was stated as 4-5 miles; Delivery time was over an hour and food was nearly COLD (possibly due to driver making another delivery with my order onboard plus it was dark and lightly raining). Recommend to think twice before ordering such small portions of food for such large cost. "

"Really not good. I had the build your own omelette with hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they'd been stuck in the back of a freezer since before covid. They were hard as a rock and for some reason also added to my omelette??? The cheese was disgustingly laid on top of said omelette and the whole thing was just plain old disappointing. I was really hoping a big name like ihop with its higher prices would deliver more than the local diners. I will definitely never make that mistake again. I hope other's experiences are much better.
