"This location usually does an amazing job with portions and being generous, and I really do hate to complain, I had ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito and they did a great job on the bowl! The burrito however, was much smaller than what they usually are. "I have never been disappointed with any order here. We probably eat here more than any other local restaurant because everyone in my family always loves it. And they do well accommodating for pickier eaters. I usually have breakfast for the next day because the portions are generous! "I rarely reach out to a business about a bad experience. Having spent my entire life working in the restaurant industry, I completely understand how tough the business can be, and my usual response is to simply let it slide and move on. However, after our experience last night, I felt compelled to share feedback on my recent $70 order.
We tried your food a couple of years ago and didn't have the best experience, but seeing that you’ve expanded to four locations, we decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, the meal was completely inedible:
Street Corn: The corn served on the cob was visibly brown and spoiled.
Chicken Quesadilla: Wrapped directly in foil, the pieces were completely fused together and saturated in grease to the point they couldn't be unrolled or divided to share. Oddly, it also had a strong pickle flavor.
Packaging Issues: Wrapping the quesadilla in foil and placing it directly on top of the styrofoam container for the chicken fingers caused the styrofoam box to collapse. The grease leaked all through the box, ruining the chicken fingers and fries as well. Using a standard hard container for quesadillas would easily prevent this issue.
Working at a local breakfast spot in the area, I’m frequently asked by guests for local recommendations. Given this experience on top of our previous visit, it’s really hard to share a positive word right now.
I’m bringing this to your attention because, as a restaurant worker, I’d want to know if food leaving my kitchen was coming out like this. Given that the entire $70 meal was ruined, I hope you’ll consider issuing a refund or gift certificate for the order.

My only disappointment is that I ordered beef tacos thinking it would be shredded beef or barbacoa style but it was ground beef. It still tasted delicious but I definitely would have ordered steak or chicken if I knew the beef was ground beef.
Also if you choose spicy, the sauce is on the side and is VERY spicy. I'm glad it wasn't directly on the food.

Chips just tasted burnt and the salsa had a barely sweet flavor to it. and the enchiladas were bland and dry 1"x1" chunks of chicken(2 or 3 to a shell) leaving them mostly empty with a flavorless sauce that must be worth its weight in gold because there wasnt enough to even cover them. We have had alot of Mexican food, ranging from traditional to more americanized and this was a let down all together. Save your money and go somewhere else."
