"I have not done a review yet because I am new to this, and I wanted my first one to be one that I absolutely felt something about before writing a review. Udupi Palace mentions that some of its items are up to 70% less than in the area, something I found to be true only on one of my items the Mulligatawany Soup. This happens to be one of my favorite soups! I am used to looking in it and seeing a variety of ingredients in an appetizing mix with a beautiful aroma! This was a bowl of brown liquid soup with nothing noticeable in it other than broth and a few pieces of spice!
As I looked through most of the entrées, I was worried that so many of them were fried that they would not travel well. The masala dosa arrived lukewarm, and not much taste. I do not like leaving a negative review! Especially for my first one. However, I spent over a decade living blocks from Devon Avenue! Before I found the restaurant that I used to love, which moved, I spent five years or more trying many different Indian restaurants! Usually you end up with leftovers, the amount was slightly less than I am used to getting. In conclusion, I would not order from this restaurant again. I did not like sounding so harsh, but what good is a review if it is not completely honest!"

However, I will say that the value of the na'an is not there. For over $2, it is about the size of my hand. Usually, you expect to get na'an that is thinner and way larger. This one does not have much flavor and it is a bit dry. I believe the na'an is not worth it, and think they could make it larger. The butter chicken itself is a smaller container, but for the price getting it delivered it is fair. I would come back again to try something new!"

"I have loved dining at Siri for quite some time, but I recently hired them for live catering for my event, and they completely blew me away! We had a live dosa center and a live chaat center, and their team did a truly fantastic job.
I also have to give a special shoutout to the owner for saving the day. Just two days before the event, we hit a major hiccup when our venue informed us that vendors couldn't bring their own propane gas for liability reasons. I panicked, but when I called the restaurant, the owner was incredibly accommodating. He went completely out of his way to figure out how to make it work using the venue's existing gas range. Even though it wasn't his usual or ideal setup, he just made it happen flawlessly and without any complaints. I am so grateful for his flexibility and dedication!
Despite that last-minute hurdle, the execution was perfect. The quality of the dosas was absolutely amazing, and the chaat was just as great. What really stood out to me was their service. The way the food was served was perfect, and they genuinely took wonderful care of all our guests. Even with a hungry crowd, their speed and efficiency were top-notch, ensuring no one was left waiting long.
To top it all off, they are extremely reasonably priced for the incredible quality and service they provide. I can't say enough good things about this place. "The Crab Curry was definitely the standout item for me, nicely spiced and with a very large portion of crab for the price. The Saag Paneer we had asked for spicy but it really wasn't spicy at all, though we still enjoyed it. I found the Murgh Sagwala to be too salty for my taste. I would have preferred it to be more spicy than salty, which I thought it would be from the description. The food was packaged very nicely in a paper bag and good containers, thank you for no styrofoam! Overall, I prefer spicier Indian food (guess I need to go to Devon for that) but I'd come back to order the crab curry again. If you prefer a more mild take on Indian food this place might be perfect for you though! Maybe if you eat at the restaurant rather than delivery they can make it more spicy, I'll have to investigate more if I am ever in the area and craving Indian food."
