"The chicken in the southwest nachos was very dry and tasted like it was microwave reheated. I've had these nachos in the restaurant and the chicken was moist and fresh. Also, the chicken was very minimal, which ended up I guess being a good thing, because it was pretty gross tasting. There were a lot of dry tortilla chips in the pan once we ate the top chips. I would estimate a ratio of 70% dry chips with a few cheese drippings to 30% chips with toppings, and this was served in a large flat pan, so that's weird. I'm really not sure what happened here, but the restaurant should ask themselves how they can justify $20 for a bag of tortilla chips with a few handfuls of toppings and not expect us to realize it's different than what is served in the restaurant for dine in. "I do not normally leave reviews but I have to on this one. The food is sligtly better than mid and costs substantially more than mid food. The flavor isn't there for what they charge. The gnocchi is ok but I got 8 peices? The mac is decent flavor and decent size, ill give it a pass. The empanadas were actually good but still pricy for 2 small ones. My entree was the braised short ribs and the container didn't fit in the bag. The container was on its side so most of the sauce (the small amount that came with the dish to begin with, you will need 3x the amount of sauce for that sand beef) was in the bag which the beef desperately needed. The beef was dry dry. Plus the sauce didn't taste like real demi? I paid almost 45 bucks for it to come mangled, sauceless, with dry Sahara beef. Terrible experience. I regret my purchase. I ordered on a Saturday night during normal dinner hours hoping the meal would be made by the staff that actually cares but maybe this is normal?"
