"This place has been a hit or miss for me in the past, but my girlfriend was craving pho, so I went ahead with my order. The food arrived fresh, so that was a great sign. The noodle to meat portion for the Ribeye Beef Pho Rice Noodle Soup with meatball was great and the broth was hot, flavorful. The eel Korean kimbap seaweed rice roll was also fresh and the eel was still hot off the grill. Baby octopus Korean rice cake in hot spicy pepper sauce was spicy and the sauce tasted a little different from the typical tteokboki sauce that is more gochujang forward tasting. This one is more spicy, alittle more runny and you get hints of the gochujang flavor on the back end. The tteokboki and sauce are the star and the octopuses were a great supporting role to the dish. We were so full that we didn't have a chance to try the Coconut garlic snail so that will be for lunch. one knock is the THAI MILK TEA WITH TAPIOCA PEARL is way too sweet. I had to add at least 8-10 fl oz water to balance."

"I forgot to take a pic of the Puerro / Leeks - Gluten-Free empanada, but it was really good! The Fugazetta Pizza Gluten-Free was described as a pan-style, but to me it seemed more like a delicious cheesy bread style pizza. Admittedly I could only eat 2 slices after the leek filled empanada, but that just means more for lunch tomorrow.
Now the Flan is what really made me decide to order from Boludo. The presentation is so cute with the lid concealing the the candied pecans. The hint of cinnamon pairs perfectly with the custard & caramel topping of the flan!
I definitely have to try their other GF deliciousness so I will 100% be ordering from here again!!"
"Huge disappointment. Literally 1/4 of the pepperoni as pictured on the Pepperoni pizza. The crust was so flimsy that the excessive cheese fell off when trying to eat it. Tons of grease because of all the cheese. The Caesar salad was packed so tight in the bowl that all the cheese popped off once it was opened. the one crouton was huge, the leaves were so large that I had to cut the salad up...with each cut more cheese falls out of the bowl. No cutlery provided even though I asked for it and was staying at a hotel. Glad I found a fork because I also needed it for the pizza slop."

The pepperoni pizza is rarely as pepped up as the photo and today was no exception, but it was perfectly cooked and delicious. "Pizza looked amazing and the toppings were well balanced. The cheese, pepperoni, and overall presentation were all solid, and the flavor was good, though nothing particularly memorable. My biggest issue was the crust. The bottom was extremely tough—so much so that I couldn’t easily cut through it with a fork. Instead of being light, airy, and doughy like I expect from this style of pizza, it was dense and difficult to chew.
The other factor was the price. This was a fairly expensive pizza, so my expectations were higher. Given the cost, I was hoping for a more memorable flavor and a better crust texture. If the crust had been softer with a little more lift, this would have been a much stronger pizza overall."

"I ordered the Construction Zone, which I absolutely loved. it was fun and convenient being able to build your own calzone. The ingredients were stuffed throughout the calzone and was very flavorful. The Pesto Stix were not worth $9.00. they were just ok in flavor/taste. I also ordered a 2 liter of Sierra Mist. What I got was a 2 liter of some generic lemon lime soda, called Starry.
