I've loved Sy Thai for yearsss. The food is and always has been absolutely delicious. It's one of my go to places to order from.
That said, I'm done going through doordash bc over the past couple of years the restaurant has consistently screwed up orders (ie chicken when I order veggie etc), failed to include items, etc.. I'd say 50% of my orders have been wrong in some way - it's disappointing esp when you pay $16 for a dish that is incorrect and only get like $4.58 back (which I understand is a doordash issue, not a sy thai issue; still frustrating).
Like I said - the food is good. So good! I don't want to stop ordering from Sy Thai, but going forward it will only be if I or someone else can pick it up to make sure everything is included and correct. "

This place is supposed to be "Fine Dining" and there was nothing fine about this food or the price for quality. But Also, It took nearly 2 hours for them to even finish preparing our food, Deep-Fried Crab Rangoon 炸蟹角 and Shrimp Fried Rice 虾炒饭 was all we ordered. Very dissapointing.."
