But it's a lot better now and you get like a good amount of food for how much you're spending. I like how they package the food now. Like everything matches up really well. Both time we thought the ribs, pulled pork, burnt ends, and sausage were tasty but were way to dry.
The first order had flavor but too dry, but we were willing to give this place a second chance based on flavor.
But our second order tonight was also dry as well.
We will not order again because it was overcooked and way overpriced for dry BBQ.
By the way we have been eating BBQ for entire lives and we are in our 70s . We have had great BBQ in the most unlikely places.
Oddly enough I have lived in nearly all the towns named for their 'Q plates and see the resemblance of these flavors but not the execution. Too dry meats cannot be fixed by more sauce.
