The queso was filled to the brim, and when the employee scooped it, it held its shape and fell out like a rock. That’s not how queso should be served.
On top of that, the quality of the bowl was just as bad. It was drenched in sauce, making everything soggy, yet the portions of the actual ingredients were surprisingly small.
