I Ordered take out/delivery & the food looked pretty much like the pictures. Unfortunately I was disappointed the taste didn't meet expectations.
The Papaya Salad was very plentiful - except that it had ONLY TWO (2) shrimp!! Otherwise it was ok - but I guess I missed tomatoes & green beans being part of it - yuck.
The Tod Mun looked just as advertised - but it was VERY SPONGY & very bland. The dipping sauce was tasty & helped a bit.
The Mango & Sticky Rice was very good & a nice portion. Hard to mess up.
But - my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that there were NO UTENSILS in the bag with the food!! How was I expected to eat it?!?
All this for me was only 4 stars - but I would probably still give them a 2nd chance -- maybe eating in is better?!?"

"Service and atmosphere are great. Very nice venue with fantastic staff and pretty presentation of food. The flavors are absolutely absent. I've had Jindu 4/5 times twice in restaurant and a few times take out. Each time I have the same issue, the food is just extremely bland. Absolutely flavorless and offensively overpriced. For example a simple single portion of chicken and mixed vegetable for take out is $30. Same with a basic beef and broccoli. It tastes like you're eating unseasoned meat in warm water, just completely absent of flavor. This is not a one time issue this is consistent. The authenticity is also alarmingly inaccurate. If you order their szechuan beef, it comes as a gross soupy stew type beef dish. That is absolutely not how szechuan beef is made. Their sushi is solid, but their entrees and particularly their traditional Chinese good dishes are absolutely a rip off. Your run of the mill chinese food joint is much tastier and cheaper. The prices are absolutely absurd."
