All the meat and cold cuts are fresh the vinaigrettes and the sandwiches have absolutely amazing flavor.
We have eaten at several delis since we moved over here from the central coast
However, we have not experienced fresh sourdough fresh cold, cuts, and amazing tasting sandwiches like we do here.
My mother owned two restaurants in Avila Beach, and we know what it takes to keep a restaurant at top-tier, and this place is top-tier
I just want to thank the owner and all those who work there for striving in the spirit of excellence
It is not easy keeping your place functioning at this level. It takes a lot of work, dedication and consistency.
And these guys have done all the right stuff to remain at tier 1 level
Like I said, my wife and I have ordered from just about every deli in Fresno and none of them come close to this quality here,
not to mention when you pick up one of the sandwiches here you can feel the weight of all the goodness you’re about to partake in.

"I think this is going to quickly become my new favorite. Well prepared fresh food. Baba Ghannoush is on the sour side which I love and Hummus has lots of garlic flavor. The protein size isn't huge like some other mediterranean places but I was content and fulfilled with my protein Combination Kebab. I wish there was a side fatuous salad option alone and with the plates... and all salads listed have to do a chicken protein selection.
