We have eaten at several delis since we moved over here from the central coast
However, we have not experienced fresh sourdough fresh cold, cuts, and amazing tasting sandwiches like we do here.
My mother owned two restaurants in Avila Beach, and we know what it takes to keep a restaurant at top-tier, and this place is top-tier

"The order arrived quick and was dropped off at the door as requested. One plastic spoon was included, no napkins, fork, knife. Two flour tortillas that were pretty gross were wrapped in foil (Walmart pre-packaged would have tasted better). They had a raw taste to them. There was no sour cream or cheese included. The "refried beans" were very salty and looked more like soup. The Spanish rice had almost no flavor. The shrimp still had partial shells that had to be removed. Overall, pretty disappointing. The fajitas were practically swimming in oil. Would not order again."

The shrimp was coated with a chipotle powder with other spices. However, the chipotle shrimp was almost too spicy. Consider this when you order this dish. There is a lot of white rice at the bottom of the salad. I would have liked more black beans and corn. The two sauces were guacamole and chimichuri. I have never had the chimichuri sauce in Tex Mex food. It did not add anything to the meal."

"Delicious, the coctel was perfect, my parents loved it! They liked the slight spiciness, it didn't need anything extra added. The pulpo was perfectly cooked, many restaurants overcook it so it comes our rubbery but here it was perfect! They also didn't skimp on the shrimp or aguacate :)
Mango roll was delicious and spicy! I used the mango to spread the chile more on the roll and it was soo good. Sweet, spicy, savory.
Guamuchilito was also delicious, the crab on top was the best part. I do have to say it was kind of greasy (expected because its fried), the crust was a thin crunch rather than a super thick fried layer like other places do which was great.

"I ordered the Fish & Chips Basket w/extra fish and it was amazing! It was fresh and hot. The fish was very flavorful, soft, and not dry. The fries had a perfect crisp to them and tasted fresh also. Also the portions are large so you'll definitly get full. They also give you condiments like tartar sauce and ketchup if you want to add it. Will definitely order again.
