I ordered the regular size Carbonara Pasta with added "crispy calamari" and "salmon" for almost a $12 up charge.
The calamari is not fried golden brown, which made it quite underwhelming; however, the salmon is fine --- it is cooked to about a medium temperature.
My next observation would be the spinach, there are full, uncooked spinach leaves in my pasta. It would've taken not even a full 5 minutes to reduce this sauce and cook the spinach properly. The same 5 minutes they could've taken to fry the calamari properly."

"My salad was huge, and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. I also ordered the cookies which were huge as well, I popped them in the microwave to soften them a bit and they were absolutely delicious.
