Plenty of grilled onions as well as good tasting bacon (though I prefer mine a little more well done, however the texture complimented the charred patties well). The fries seem to be fresh cut, my only complaint is they were a bit soggy but that's personal preference as I like shoestring cut more than natural. Not pictured was their Tequeños Queso which I obsess over (as well as their House Sauce (SIDE) ) and their Classic Perro . "Atmosphere is nice. The manager she's wonderful. The food is amazing always. The bathrooms are so cool and very clean the sinks are made out of tires and the faucet out of gas pump handles. As well as car above one of the bars. "I am a regular who generally loves Ford's garage. However today I took a chance on the Grilled Chicken Nachos. They were awful. They hardly had any shredded cheese and maybe a tablespoon of cheese sauce, and less than a quarter cup grilled chicken. The entire meal was mostly chips soaked with bbq sauce or plain over cooked chips. The photo shows all the chips left over after eating a quarter of the dish - look at all the chips with just bbq sauce or nothing on them. Way not worth it and very disappointed. "
