Closer to the thickness of jerky, and therefor it was tough. Thin and crispy would be so much better, but the flavor was great. The sausage patties were amazing though. Also, they didnt give me butter for the pancakes or ketchup I asked for. If you want REAL ceremonial grade Matcha, order from here and add honey. My only slight eye roll is that you have to pay for sweetener. However, I'm fine paying a few cents for honey, as long as the grade of matcha stays high and the overall cost remains slightly lower than the other local haunts, that use a lot of syrup and matcha that's been overflushed."
