2.) the absolute volume of the pad thai is incredible. (Lip balm for reference). This is like 3 meals worth of pad thai for $15. Tons of tofu on there. However, the noodles could've used like 2 tbsp more sauce. Pretty dry.
3.) the green curry is ok, certainly not my favorite. Kinda bland. I prefer a more strong coconut milk flavor in my green curry. But like 7/10. Definitely not bad.
4.) the spice level is great!!! I ordered everything medium heat w/ chili on the side, just in case. Didn't need it. The pad Thai is making my nose run and I usually get "Hot" and add extra chili at other thai places.
Overall, would absolutely order the pad thai again but would try a more flavorful curry. "

"I normally order my pho with raw beef on the side. I like eating my pho almost hot pot style. The thinly sliced beef will cook in the hot broth. However, I was really surprised how thick the slices of beef were and how small the pieces were. They were the size of quarters. Some of the pieces were fat. It was very disappointing to receive raw beef like this and a very different experience from the authentic pho restaurants I order from. It also made me question whether the meat was safe to eat. I have never questioned the safety of the raw meat when I order raw beef on the side of my pho and I alway order my pho this way. Also, I was disappointed with the Shrimp Spring Rolls. I asked for extra shrimp and did not get it and the dipping sauce was leaning very heavy with hoisin and less with peanut flavors."
