The true star of the evening, however, was the Rigatoni Bolognese. I do not say this lightly: it was probably the best Bolognese I have had in many years. Every forkful delivered the kind of comforting, authentic Italian flavor that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the meal. Nothing felt rushed or ordinary. Every dish reflected pride, passion, and craftsmanship.
