Not only has the quality gone down an insane amount and the bowls are now half as deep, but they're also no longer offering many toppings/options they've always had (pickles, pepperoncinis, white rice, etc). Additionally, the pita chips are just not good at all anymore and ours were so overcooked, they basically just tasted like burnt oil.
I'm disappointed that as Rachel's has gotten more popular with more locations, they seem to not really care about their customers or quality anymore. For the price and quality you get now, you're better off getting a nice meal somewhere else."
