The pizza sauce was tasty without being too spicy or acidic. The vegetables seemed fresh and had a bit of bite left to them - not too crunchy, not mushy. Combined with the cheese, I thought everything came together to create a very balanced, delicious flavor. This is the first vegetable pizza I really enjoyed.
