You cannot use guacamole as a substitute for fresh avocado, mainly because of the texture and flavor variance.

I’m going to hit like on this order because I can't just give it an OK (as I don't necessarily hate it, but there are enough negatives that a like doesn't feel fair either), but I won't be ordering from here again. All for $10, I feel like that's a steal for the quality of food. I also got the Lemon Curd & Almond pancake, the sauces just melt on top and create such a divine, not overly sweet pancake. Highly recommend both. "
