We split the Elemy's Lox with the black sesame seed bagel and as a huge lox fan the cream cheese was wonderful and the other accompaniments were generous while keeping the sandwich light and true to a lox bagel ! Had to peel away the wet tortilla, from the side it laid on, foil wrapped in serving container. I'm guessing it's from the turkey sausage, which could've been drained 1st.
The Country Potato:
Cubes are cut a bit too large, leaving them undercooked/raw in the center, and have a FISHY taste.
