Has little bits of something I can't quite place. But it's still good. Flan flavor could be better. Good texture lots of caramel. It oozes out at the first spoonful. But it tastes a litle bitter, like burnt. Not sure if it's because I tasted the capirotada first. I got the chicken salad because I thought of shredded chicken with onion and celery and Mayo kind of chicken salad. "Order tacos de carnitas usually it's very good but today I had a lot of fat in my tacos I had to remove the of them some people like it me personally, I don't like the texture of the fact, but other than that, the flavor was great.
