"I ordered this thinking it is like the other Genuine Broaster Chicken restaurants.
Instead, I received very soggy short cuts of chips (usually chips is extremely nice and crunchy).
The chicken was the most pathetic chicken I've had by miles. I'm not sure where they get their chicken from, but the pieces have shrunken in size gradually over time. Their drumstick is tinier than a half wing. They used to put one drumstick, one wing, one breast etc... in Dinner Boxes, now it's just a pair of ting drumsticks and a pair of the thigh part attached to the drumstick. Basically the smallest pieces of chicken they can offer. I would have preferred them increasing the prices and keeping the size/quality as before, not vice versa.
I'm surprised they still are busy. I guess people have no standards when it comes to eating nowadays. Or they just don't notice everything shrinking and quality degrading."

I arrived with my sick daughter to pick up the dinner I’d forgotten to eat earlier, only to discover my order had been given to someone else by mistake. My rumbling stomach is incredibly grateful, and as a mum, I especially appreciated being able to get my little one back home to bed quickly.

Side note: the lettuce had this amazing crisp texture that really surprised me and made the burger memorable (I know that sounds weird, but it genuinely elevated everything).
