The lobster ravioli was simply exceptional. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh, authentic, and beautifully handcrafted. It had that rare quality that instantly makes you feel as though you're enjoying a homemade family recipe passed down through generations. The true star of the evening, however, was the Rigatoni Bolognese. I do not say this lightly: it was probably the best Bolognese I have had in many years.
