This restaurant has provided very disappointing food. It's thin and crispy and not too greasy. Wasn't that expensive but having any pizza delivered these days it's gonna be over $30 which is not very economical. "The Turkey Club triple decker sandwich was $17.98, we received a dry half a sandwich cut in two quarter pieces that was barely filled and mostly just bread, and instead of fries we ordered a cup of chili. The store made a mistake and gave us some half sandwich soup lunch portion when we ordered the whole sandwich and as our side, a "cup" of chili. They did not include condiments for sandwhich. We ordered x2 of Bowl of Chili with cornbread. The "bowl" was only very slightly bigger than the "cup" of chili so that seemed like a rip off regarding price and portion. The Turkey Club "cup" of chili didn't come with sour cream or cornbread. They did give us a saltines, which may have been the trade off, saltines are okay but it would have been nice to have another piece of cornbread in addition to saltines. Everything was fresh, Bowl of Chili and cornbread tasted good. Turkey Club would have been good if it wasn't majority bread, if they included the whole Sandwich and they included condiments on the side. Sandwich was dry and needed mayonnaise badly, unfortunately we were all out in the fridge.
Prices, portion size and attention to detail need work.

Less impressed with the Cubana sandwich. 3 stars out of 5. While it was fairly tasty and stuffed with shredded pork and ham, arrived still warm and wrapped in foil.... but ... unfortunately the bottom layer grilled bread was really really soggy as was the lettuce. Most likely due to juices from the shredded pork, and runny tomatoes and mayo. Next time I would request them to hold the lettuce (so soggy!) and also skip the tomatoes and mayo. The sandwich came with spicy hot sauce and peppers on the side, but no fries or chips included. Beware that spicy sauce, it is fire! Good thing they serve it on the side. Fans of hot spicy sauce will like it a lot.
Delivery arrived fast, with utensils in the bag but no napkins.
Overall a decent enough first impression that we will probably try them again and explore the menu further. "

"This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with any food ever. Used to go to this place years ago, and I mean like five or six years ago. It was really good, my favorite Cuban restaurant in the Las Vegas area. The last time I had tried it about two years ago, I noticed that the prices had gone up, but the portion still stayed small and my empanadas and papas rellenas were very overcooked and tasted like old oil had been used. Now on tonight's order, I see that the prices are still ridiculous for the portions you receive and everything showed up very overcooked not to mention the chimichurri was 90% garlic and oil. I understand chimichurri has garlic in it and I love garlic, but this was a little ridiculous . My main issue though is definitely the portions for the price, two pieces each for appetizers and they're quite expensive. And I think the most ridiculous and offensive item was the fries, six dollars for a small paper bag that was not even halfway filled. And when I say small paper bag, I mean it is the size paper bag that you would get from a liquor store if you bought like one or two mini bottles and they put them in the tiny brown paper bag. And this bag was not even filled halfway with fries and I got charged six dollars for it. Safe to say, I will never be ordering from or going to this restaurant to eat ever again."
