"Butter Chicken ordered 5x and some dishes had more chicken pieces while the others had min 3 pieces. Taste wise almost like the sauce is the jar except you added more cream.
Naan (Indian Flatbread) was ok
Pani Puri I would swap the containers around that had juice for the one that had filling.
Overall not the best butter chicken we've had but for $22 per bowl plus $4 for Naan we ate it. lol would be good if you had combos like a dish with rice maybe add a drink."

"chicken was tasty. chips so crispy and well seasoned. yumm"
"We have regularly ordered from Funky Feast and haven't had any issues. Today we ordered 2 kebabs and chips and we had to double check we had ordered from the same place. The portion sizes have shrunk so much that you would be forgiven for thinking you ordered a kids meal. The kebabs were literally half the size of a normal sized kebab. The chips now come in smaller packaging also. Really disappointing given the hiked up prices on these platforms. "

"Where has this little hidden gem been. This has got to be some of THE BEST Indian food I have eaten.
So tasty - absolutely delicious. I will definitely be a return customer"
"Butter chicken was thickened with corn slurry, not with cashews. Very average taste.
Special butter naan, supposed to be layered naan with butter. But they were all dry without butter, with some of them were burnt and hard to eat."

"Portion was quite big for me, just some notes for improvement:
- The beef was cooked too long, it's pretty hard to chew.
- the seasoning is not mixed evenly yet (some bites was flavorful, while some might feel like need more salt or too salty)
- I was asked for spicy one, but only find out the hacks using chilli powder (will be better if they can use chopped bird-eye chillies)
Maybe will order again, but definitely not the beef one..."
"I’ve ordered from here before and had a good experience, which makes this disappointing. I ordered the beef Thai basil, and the onions and green beans were undercooked and tasted raw. The sauce was also very bland and lacked the usual flavour.
Just prior I tried the chicken version and found the taste quite off, but I gave it another chance with the beef since my earlier orders had been good. Unfortunately, it was even worse.
Really disappointing, as the quality seems to have dropped compared to my past orders."

"The butter chicken and goat curry was incredible it's very rare to find authentic Indian food here in Melbourne but this place exceeded my expectations everything was amazing"
"Butter Chicken - I have ordered this butter chicken multiple times from the same restaurant and portions started going down and it's really disappointing. Also on the previous orders they used to put some cream on top of the Butter Chicken and now the cream is nowhere to be seen. The taste wise it's inconsistent every time and it's different taste."

"Veg Noodles Burger is the best if you want to try ..."
"Very disappointing experience
We ordered Bhalla Chaat, Afghani Chaap, Gajar ka Halwa, and Plain Naan, and unfortunately everything tasted really bad.
The Bhalla Chaat looked like orange food colour had been poured into it. There was no sev and no onion, just the bare minimum, and it didn’t taste fresh at all.
The Afghani Chaap had very little soya chaap. It was mostly chunks of capsicum and onion, which was extremely disappointing for the price.
We also ordered Gajar ka Halwa, but instead of informing us that it was unavailable, they sent Gulab Jamun without asking or notifying us, which is unacceptable.
Overall, poor taste, poor quality, and poor communication. Definitely not worth the money."

"The Smoky Churrasco Burger was a bit soggy and the fries were a bit plain. The portion was not too bad. The chicken was fresh and the veggies were fresh but the bread was very soggy. The 4 PERi-PERi Tenders werent too bad but they were a bit small and very dry, but the BBQ sauce was good as always. I would order dine in but not takeaway."

"FYI Please use maps to get there and not the location on doordash! Store was amazing and let me know this before picking up.
Now onto the food. The butter chicken was great. You will be disappointed if you are after a more traditional butter chicken which is sweeter and creamy. This is the Punjabi version and a great way to switch it up. It's very rich in flavour and stands out much more vs the mild and sweet version you typically get. The store does the chicken perfectly! You can taste the smokiness and char on it which is the perfect sign on the tandoori chicken. It's also perfectly cooked and juicy not dry. My only complaint/feedback would be that the butter chicken was quite water which did let the dish and the presentation down. Overall if that can be improved you are onto a winner"
