It was cooked just right - moist and tender! The tacos were enclosed in two soft, pliable tortillas (corn for me, but you can order soft flour tortillas if that's your thing). The toppings I ordered were crunchy cabbage, cilantro, a little pico de gallo, chipotle mayo, and mild pickled jalapeños. There are lots of other included toppings you can order, and a few special toppings for a nominal price. I had also ordered a side of black beans and a sude if refried beans. The black beans were perfectly cooked, still whole, but in their own creamy black beans sauce.
