"Usually The Big Biscuit is of my favorite spots but today everything other than the side of Fresh Fruit - Regular (strawberries + bananas were great) was off. The scrambled eggs in the French Toast Platter were not cooked thoroughly and were slimy and watery. The hash browns had a crispy layer but were completely raw underneath. On top of that – the french toast was delivered cold. I'm not sure what happened today – but for $30 this was a bummer."

I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my orders, especially for juice, are often canceled after waiting close to an hour. DoorDash drivers have mentioned waiting in-store for over 30 minutes, only to have my order canceled because making four juices was deemed "too much"—which is concerning for a juice shop.
