"I'll fight anyone who doesn't think that Santiago's has the best carne asada fries in the entire Coachella Valley. Hands down #1. The meat is always so good, the fries are made well, and the whole thing isn't cold from being smothered in avocado sauce like a certain other 24-hour restaurant.
