The grits came with cheese automatically, but I didn't have an option to remove it. I don't like cheese on my grits, but I did eat them anyway. Although the portion was quite large, I couldn't eat the salmon cakes. The homemade fries and the toast and grits seem fresh. I'm not too sure about the salmon cakes.
