What I received was deli meat with a bit of cheese melted on what was comparable to a croissant I would get at Woolies. It wasn't soft and flaky, it was dry/boring and I struggled to get through it. [Side note: Artem Coffee make the best ham & cheese croissant]. The Friand was bite-sized but a delicious little treat to pair with coffee- a bit on the expensive side for how little it is.
