"We ordered the Icy Grass Jelly (冰仙草) almost every week from the West Covina location. Unfortunately, the portion size is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the cup is full, sometimes it's only about two-thirds full, and many times it's only half full.
At $8.50 plus additional fees, receiving only half a cup feels like a ripoff. We genuinely like this item, which is why we've continued ordering it, but the lack of consistency has become too frustrating. Customers should receive the same portion size every time they order.
