In the picture I posted of the tacos, I added some of the beans and mild salsa (pico de gallo) to one of the tacos which made it extra yummy & higher in protein. They come with a generous portion of delicious chicken, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and tomatoes in small flour tortillas with a choice of mild or hot salsa (pico de gallo). I could only eat 2 likely because I added the beans. I also half of the potato salad. Very healthy, delicious & great for my blood sugar levels since iI'm diabetic. "
