"The THE 305 sandwich is pretty darn good , can't mess up a Cuban sandwich. The rice and beans had really good flavor and I thought the serving was large and I ate it over a couple of days. I like custard so thought I would enjoy the flan. It was smooth and sweetness was perfect. The caramel element is thinner than most things I have eaten but it elevated the taste of the custard."

I had the pancit bihon and sinigang na baboy, I was not expecting anything special knowing that usually the other filipino restaurants do not have enough vegetables in their food and portions were small. I was delighted when I opened the container that was delivered! Pancit bihon was filled with vegetables, shrimps, chicken, squid balls, etc! And the sinigang had variety of vegetables as well including okra, eggplant, string beans. They don't skimp on ingredients, and portions were large! You get what you paid for. I was impressed that the next day I ordered beef caldereta and bistek tagalog. Those two did not disappoint as well! Huge portions, extra onions in bistek tagalog, extra potatoes, carrots, green peas in beef caldereta. I don't usually write reviews but Uncle's deserve one! I hope they keep this consistency. Uncle's is my go-to number one filipino restaurant now on door dash! Thank you Uncle's! I will be ordering more in the future."
"I used to love ordering here, in fact, I almost order every day. However recently their portions are less than half of what they used to be for the same price. I used to love getting food deliveries from here because of the food quality and fair portions. Now, pork sinigang has way less vegetables, very very salty broth, more fat than meat in the pork. Beef caldereta is way way less amount of serving, by more than half! For all the same price. The last 3 orders has been the same, pancit bihon - wet and runny, chicken adobo less portions - the quality has gone downhill, quite quickly. "
