"love love loveeee this restaurant. always just the right amount to fill you up. the griot is seasoned to perfection & its always fresh. i would definitely put this restaurant in my top 3 picks."
"I ordered "Normal" fried pork, however, I received fried pork in stew. Also, I was really looking forward to some good pikliz but it was sweet. Sweet pikliz!!! And I thought the rice was gonna be a side portion but it's like I ordered a plate of rice and a side of fried pork instead of the other way around. Sigh! I'm truly disappointed. I've been in the mood for some good Haitian fried pork and this truly disappoints me"

"This is one of my favorite spots to eat. I can't get enough of their large turkey tasso with a SIDE OF FRIED PLANTAINS. Everything is good don't get me wrong but I order this the most. Food always fresh and tasty. 10/10 recommend 👌"
"Absolutely AMAZING!! 🤩 I ordered the oxtail pasta and also did a combo with pasta, rice, and chicken wings, and EVERYTHING was unbelievably delicious! The flavors, the portions, the presentation… honestly, they did not miss on anything. The oxtail was tender and full of flavor, the wings were delicious, and even the rice and pasta were perfect.
ZERO regrets ordering from here! 😂 I will 100% be ordering again and definitely telling all my friends about this place. When the food is THIS good, you have to give credit where it’s due. 10/10!! 🔥👏🏽❤️"

"Everything came out deliciousMakaroni was very tasteful and the Griot (Fried Pork) was definitely a top runner."
"I ended up using DoorDash, which was a fast service. The price of the food was definitely not worth the quality that I had received an extreme amount of rice compared to the meat. The meat had good flavor, but unfortunately, the rice taste it old. I'm not sure if some people know what that refrigerator taste is like, but I truly think that if they're going to put food in the refrigerator, they need to put a few boxes of baking soda to absorb that smell and flavor. If the rice was fresh, then the restaurant would've definitely received five stars but again quite expensive for what I received. Hopefully after this review, they would be able to do better next time. Happy Sunday."

"Forget flimsy foil wraps; the Chipotle Burrito Bowlu is an engineering marvel wrapped in a tortilla. This isn't just a meal; it's a culinary challenge—a tightly wound, densely packed monolith designed for the truly hungry.
The Build:
Upon receipt, the first thing you notice is its form factor. This burrito possesses an almost impossible structural integrity. It's solid, weighty, and feels less like a soft meal and more like a defensive weapon. The ratio of ingredients is masterfully controlled, ensuring there are no disastrous blowouts or weak spots. It truly lives up to the name "Bone"—it's the backbone of your dinner plans.
The Experience:
Taking the first bite is like carving into a roast. The layering is dense, requiring a decisive commitment. With rice, beans, meat, and toppings packed in with such force, every single bite delivers a perfectly balanced cross-section of flavor. You get the smoky, juicy steak, the creamy sour cream, the sharp pico de gallo, and the earthiness of the beans, all in perfect harmony—a testament to efficient packing.
The Challenge:
The sheer size of the Burrito Bone means it demands respect. It stays warm for an astonishingly long time and provides sustenance for hours. This is the definition of a two-hand, sit-down meal—a truly satisfying and filling experience that leaves you feeling accomplished.
Verdict:
If you need a burrito that is structurally sound, massively flavorful, and promises to be the single most filling meal you've had all week, the Burrito Bone is your champion. It’s dense, delicious, and undeniably epic.
Rating: 5/5 Stars - Unbeatable structural integrity and incredible value.
Did I capture the spirit of your massive burrito creation? Or was the name referring to something else, perhaps a special ingredient or a challenge you completed?"
"My Chips were absolutely over stale and should've been thrown out honestly. On the other hand my Burrito Bowl was packed really full the portion size was great. I wish I could've added extra sour cream to make it better. Personally I didn't like the Side of Adobo Ranch"

"The Chicken Taco was a great appetizer, good portion, shell crunchy & airy, filling lightly spicy but not too much so you can actually taste the tasty combination of flavors.
And as a BOGO item, really great value!
They were out of the other appetizer I had chosen so can't comment on it yet but will next time with other items."
"The meat was so tender and a bunch of rice, good portions! the Alfredo was ok, didn't add chicken but I should've because I thought it tasted a tad bit bland. Honestly. They gave me decent amount though so it can last me a two days honestly. I definitely had to season it a little and add some cheese to it myself. Plantains were nice and sweet as well. "Just so happen to visit another place similar to yours in sunrise area on University drive. My son introduced me to it and The Idea of having crush chips on anything sounded awesome. A day or 2 later my brother saw this ad for your establishment and shared with me (shout out to Caple). My Son and I tried it and were pleased. It would have probably been even better if I didn't have to drive it home to eat instead dining in. Bought way more food than I could manage so will eat the loaded arepa and other half of De La Abuela tomorrow! I still cant get down with the quail eggs on top but you just have to rememer to say hold the quail eggs if you don't care for them. I like the layout inside, Very unassuming location. Speaking of which, please correct your restaurant's address number on DoorDash--it shows as 7950 which is an empty store front. "

"Their Large Gumbo Ya Ya (DDD) is always delicious - just the right amount of kick - but they can be stingy with whats being called a "large" order. The Buttermilk Biscuits (DDD) never disappoint though. "
"I thought the food was good but overpriced. Chicken And Biscuit (DDD) was tender, tasty, and crispy. The Roasted Brussel Sprouts (DD) were ok. The Beignets (DDD) were delicious. The Large Gumbo Ya Ya (DDD) was flavorful but calling it a large is a stretch...it was just a regular portion size to me. I paid an extra $3/4 to add shrimp to the Gumbo and they only gave me 2 pieces."
