This experience was simply disrespectful to the customer AND the poor dasher. There's no excuse for such bad changes and practices. Recently, while visiting my daughter in Florida, I decided to order from their Fort Myers/Lehigh area location. I was very disappointed. Instead of their typical beautiful baby-blue bag with a handle and a glossy attached card, my cake arrived in a plain paper bag with a simple sticker. The presentation felt significantly downgraded.
I’m not sure if this was due to the local franchise, demographics, or some other factor, but for me the experience just wasn’t the same. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from that location again.
