"I really like wingstop food because their ranch sauce but today was the exception. I was really disappointed with my order. The food was completely soaked in oil, making it extremely greasy and unpleasant to eat. On top of that, the flavor was terrible and tasted like it wasn't prepared properly.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality of this meal was far below what I expected, especially for the price. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to the quality of their food and the amount of oil they use in their cooking.
I ended up throwing most of it away because it was simply inedible."

"I ordered the CAESAR SALAD w griled chicken and an extra pc of chicken, The salad was really fresh and it was a nice sized. But there were a few thiis they could do better.
1. It comes w a single 2oz (dipping cup) size of dressing, it costs an extra $0.94 per additional cup. To make it worse, they all were just barely half full.
2. The bag of croutons had maybe a dozen in the bag.
These are little things, but when it comes to such a simple basic salad, it makes a difference.
The CHEESE CURDS were great, and the way they were packed allowed them to stay warm, even while my Dasher had to drive thru a snow storm, and the order sat in a cold drop off spot for an additional 15 or so minutes.
Overall everything was delicious.
(My apologies for not including pictures, I completely forgot to take them.)
PS: I considered making this public. But being in the restaurant biz myself, I feel this is just constructive criticism, not a complaint to deter customers."
