"Recently, Cheesecake Factory has definitely lost the plot on both quantity and quality (for context, I've ordered from them the last 3 weekends in a row). Today, they used old tortilla chips as the base for my Factory Nachos and most of them were inedible as they were soaked in oil and/or too hard to eat and the portion was half of what it normally is (it's my fav dish and I've eaten it many tips both onsite and delivery). On my Caesar Salad , they omitted the croutons. The Street Corn had a lot of burnt portions. Finally - they sent butter, but omitted my complimentary bread. These items, plus the Brownie Crunch Choc-a-Lot Cheesecake cost me a total of $74.80 (before tip - and all of it was vegetarian, no meat added). It's really gotten out of hand and tells me I need to take a break from ordering from them.
As a footnote - last weekend I had the Spinach-Artichoke Dip and the amount received was a joke - it was literally just enough for 4 or 5 tortillas chips - for $20.50!!!!!"

I honestly do not understand how this location has the ratings it does because this was one of the worst restaurant delivery experiences I’ve had in a very long time, especially for a >$100 order.
This restaurant is literally one block away from me, and it took about an hour for the food to arrive.
When the food finally arrived, the order was missing the Pizookie entirely. The deep dish nachos were honestly embarrassing. Many of the chips were burnt nearly black, and for $19 there were barely any toppings at all. There was no guacamole, no salsa, and no sour cream. The toppings that did exist were scattered over the top few chips, while the rest of the container was basically just burnt chips with almost nothing on them.
The chicken broccoli Alfredo came with what appeared to be a single broccoli stem, not even actual broccoli florets, and a few slices of chicken. The Parmesan crusted chicken was also missing the lemon sauce, the bottom of the container look partially melted like it was sitting near or on a heating element.
How a restaurant can display multiple quality control failures across almost every item in the order is impressive. To add insult to injury the response to the incomplete and poor-quality order was a $33 credit or the option to wait another hour for replacement food. That is an absurd resolution considering the amount of money spent and the I condition the food arrived in."
