"I was skeptical at first due to, what I obviously see now is unfair reviews. Because as a fellow cook, this is fantastic mac and cheese. The bag had some weight to it, I was surprised when I saw the portions and was honestly expecting small bowls (but crossed my fingers it'd be way more), and was shocked by the trays (one tray could easily feed two people, or one, depending on how much you eat). Only true artisans of cooking know how to make a good mac, and while the price is a little steep, the quality is there. "I stumbled upon this store by accident and honestly was not expecting much, but google reviews said this restaurant was great and kid you not, it did not disappoint.
The serving size was big and worth the price I would say, except for Japchae and Pork Bone Soup, I think the serving was too little but that is my opinion. However, the quality and taste of the food did not disappoint. Every single order was delicious and finger licking good. Side dishes especially the kimchi was a little bland and that may be because it has not fermented long enough.
L astly I want to add that even if I ordered the food via doordash, I can tell if cleanliness was observed as my husband and I would almost instantly rush to the bathroom the next day and for the next few days as we both have sensitive stomachs. This usually happens when we order from other asian restaurants but Ozen did not have that effect on us, that is why it deserves the 5 stars. I hope that the service, food servings and cleanliness they provide would not change over time. "

"I used to love this place, but they have changed the bao fillings without changing the photos. So this time I ended up with kimchi (something I really don't like) instead of pickled cucumbers on my Gangnam Style bao, which made it taste awful, especially as there was no sauce on it either which also made it very dry. Plus the jerk chicken in my other bao was so overcooked that I could barely chew it, and some of the toppings that are usually on it were not there.

"I used to love ordering from here but the quality has gone downhill in the last 2 years. In the Ni Sushi Set, the fish was sliced paper thin and so thin a couple of them broke apart immediately when I picked them up. The salad and soup that comes with the set also shrunk, portion size is very small - 1 bite of greens and 2 gulps of soup. The fish also does not taste fresh, not rotten but the texture is dry and like old fish.
The Chicken Teriyaki Combo was similarly underwhelming, long but very thin chicken breast laid out to look like a substantial portion but is not. The flavour was in the sauce only, chicken itself was very bland."

"DELICIOUS! Wasn't sure what these were but they looked good and had a great deal so I tried them. Portions were big, the desserts came slightly warm and covered with toppings. At the time of this review I only tried the Dubai Kroffle. The cream and sauces were not sweet at all and the pastry was light and tasty. It was surprisingly filling too, making it a great afternoon snack. I included pictures for anyone else who's curious!
Regarding the store itself, Kroffle seems to be part of another store called Lokma, which confused me because I couldn't find the place on Google maps lol. I wondered if it was a real place, but it's real and definitely worth a shot!"

THE GOOD/OK: Dubai Kroffle was ok, nothing special as it mostly tasted like whipped cream and chocolate, the pistachio didn't really stand out. Lotus Kroffle was ok, again whipped cream overpowered any other flavour but at least it wasn't too sweet?
