It would be better if they were cut into bite size pieces. Smaller pieces would probably be crispier too.

The only thing that gave it flavor was the Katsu sauce, and when that ran out (they didn't give even close to enough) it was just really rough and tasteless chicken that was not enjoyable to try to finish eating, felt like I had to force it down just to finish it. The Kalua Pork with Cabbage tasted very over salted, and was missing any kind of sauce. the BBQ Chicken had two small pieces of chicken on it, about one inch long and was otherwise just 95+% large soggy clump of rice.
