"Tacos De Birria were tiny, no cheese, and had almost no meat on them. the full chilies in the consome was interesting, not sure it it was intentional or not. the double tortilla was also interesting, but i enjoyed it. while there wasn't much meat, they were very flavorful.
Salsa was nothing to rave about, normal restaurant style, personally for me, it was a bit too chunky, but everyone enjoys their salsa differently.
Queso tasted very dilly to me, i had to look it up to see if it was a thing, and it is. now im not sure if there is dill in it, but the taste was kinda off putting to me.
