"This is not great logo saltado. It was $18, but there was no flavor, medium quality meat and the fries were not cooked with the meat. The fries were clearly from a stand alone fry cooker. It's a pretty simple fix and traditional to cook the potatoes with the meat so that they absorb the flavor (not that there was any to absorb). The soy sauce base was not present. It just tasted like cheap oil thrown together with the meat. The onions weren't cooked well enough, which would have helped the dish have flavor. I don't believe a Peruvian made this dish, it is the simplest dish. "

The Salt and Pepper Shrimp were addictive - well seasoned (but not spicy at all) and cooked perfectly. They'd make a great appetizer shared among several people. They were so delicious that my 11 year old stole some even though she's usually quite picky. She also really enjoyed her Combo Lo Mein. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Slices were also great. Very flavorful with a perfect balance of sweetness. The Dry-Fried Eggplant was very tasty - crispy even though it had to travel here from the restaurant and well seasoned. The only slight let down was the golden mountain Golden Mountain Beef. We've had the Golden Mountain Chicken at other PC restaurants and it works better as chicken. I didnt like the fritters that go with it though they were kinda stale but I also ordered pretty late. The Ma Po's Bean Curd was so good. I usually crave ma po tofu but wanted something less heavy and this was that it had so many veggies and the tofu was soft and the bean curd sauce was really nice actually spicy.
