I normally get my food Indian Hot but this is only for people that can handle it because it is definitely HOT. I find this option to be the most tasty though. If you can't handle hot food it may be best to start with mild or medium. Some of my personal favorites are the butter chicken, vegetable samosa, vegetable biryani, mango lassi, and the garlic naan.
