The ham and cheese omelette had large ham chunks and cheese through entire omelette. The potatoes were cooked good but had no taste whatsoever. A little salt, pepper and paprika woudnt hurt and not be too much.

Scrambled should be optional of course for the demons who require it, like my wife, but otherwise eggs over easy/medium (eggs should walk and never run IMO) is how it is done. so he will say it can be disappointing to open up a breakfast sandwich and the yolk is already all over the wrapper... too runny.
