The owner at this franchise needs to look at their quality control because it is the worst Zambreros I have been to in the whole of Australia (iteavel interstate often). They cut corners obviously to save money and it makes the quality of the food here noticably worse than any other franchise, and its a rip off. HINT : 1m30secs to 2 mins either side - not 3 mins either side. Thin steak (which this needs to be) should be cooked quick to retain tenderness & moisture.
