"Takashi is probably my favorite restaurant in Memphis-Ive tried most of their menu and it's ALL good. This time I had to order the Pad Thai since I saw others complaining about the spice level and I love spice! I ordered level 2 and it was perfect-a nice kick but not so much it leaves you in tears. I typically don't care for pad thai at most restaurants as other places make it way too sweet and bland. Not so at takashi-this Pad Thai puts other to shame with the depth of flavors (savory, fresh, crisp, green, etc) that I have come to know and love in true Thai food. I also tried the mochi for the first time and it too was perfect-filled with ice cream, balanced and not too sweet. A++ for consistently fabulous food. "
